Padang satay ingredients:

  • Salt to taste
  • Enough rice flour in a ratio of 2:1 to thicken the sauce.

How to make Sate Padang:

  • Boil the basic ingredients until cooked, then cut into cubes.
  • All spices are finely ground, and sauteed with a little cooking oil until fragrant.
    Divide the seasoning into two, one for the sauce and one for mixing with the beef tongue.
  • Enter the meat / tongue that has been cut into pieces, stir well and let it cook and soak, then pierce with a skewer.
  • The sauce: The remaining part of the seasoning is mixed with the broth used to boil the tongue/meat, cook until it boils, thicken with the prepared rice flour mixture.

How to serve Padang satay:
Grill the satay using the oven or charcoal, over medium heat.
